Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at digitalimax.com or engaging Digital IMAX for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services
Digital IMAX provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Google Ads & Performance Marketing
- Social Media Marketing & Management
- Web Design & Development
- Video Editing & Marketing
- Content Marketing & Copywriting
- Graphics Design & Branding
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. Generally:
- Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month
- Project-based work requires 50% advance before work begins
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion or delivery
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
Late payments may result in pausing of services until dues are cleared.
No Lock-In Policy
We work month to month. You can stop services at any time with reasonable notice (typically 15 days before the next billing cycle).
We believe in earning your continued business through results — not contracts that trap you. If you're not happy, you can leave. It's that simple.
Our promise: We will never hold your data, accounts, or assets hostage. Upon termination, we hand over all credentials, assets, and reports within 7 working days.
Client Responsibilities
For us to deliver results, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and goals
- Give timely access to required accounts and platforms
- Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timelines
- Pay invoices on time as per the agreed schedule
- Not misuse our work for illegal or unethical purposes
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all creative work produced by Digital IMAX for your business — including designs, copy, and website code — becomes your property.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you specifically request confidentiality in writing.
Results Disclaimer
Digital marketing results depend on many factors including industry, competition, budget, and market conditions. We set honest expectations and work transparently, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as exact rankings, lead volumes, or revenue figures.
Any benchmarks or estimates we share are based on industry data and past experience — not guarantees.
Limitation of Liability
Digital IMAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding month.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
